Many modern laptops support dual monitor functions without extra
hardware. To extend a laptop with more monitors, USB display adapters or
a PCMCIA graphic card can be plugged into the laptop. The USB display
adapters plug into the USB ports of your machine. The PCMCIA graphic
card will fit into the laptop's PCMCIA slot and can be connected to
