Shortcuts for PowerPoint is supported on Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 (32-bit, 64-bit), Microsoft PowerPoint 2019 (32-bit, 64-bit), Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 (32-bit, 64-bit), Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 (32-bit, 64-bit), Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 (32-bit, 64-bit), Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP) and Microsoft PowerPoint 2000. Install for all users on the system (requires Administrator privileges):

After downloading, install Shortcuts for PowerPoint as follows:

1. Ensure that Microsoft PowerPoint is not running. Exit all instances of PowerPoint.
2. Execute the setup executable. This will install OfficeOne Shortcuts for PowerPoint and register it for use with PowerPoint.
3. Start Microsoft PowerPoint. You should now be able to see new shortcuts in Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint's Shortcuts category.

Shortcuts for PowerPoint requires Shortcut Manager installed on the machine. The installation includes the latest version of Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint. At the end of installation, you will be asked if you wish to install Shortcut Manager. Click here to know more about Shortcut Manager.
