The following is the complete list of features that is offered by Shortcuts for PowerPoint. 

These features are also available for use from any action. The macro names for these features are also documented. For more information see the tutorials.

Shortcuts for controlling shows

  1. F3 to let you start the slide show from the present slide
  2. Ctrl+Q to close all slide shows
  3. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P to pause all slide shows
  4. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R to resume all slide shows
  5. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T to toggle pause/running state of all slide shows
  6. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Left to go backward through your presentation (restart animations)
  7. Ctrl+Alt+Left to view the last viewed slide in the same presentation
  8. Ctrl+R to restart the current slide (restart animations)
  9. Shortcut to span a slide show across all the monitors
  10. Shortcut to simultaneously navigate to next/previous slide for all running slide shows
  11. Shortcut to minimize all running slide shows
  12. Shortcut to navigate to previous slide at the last viewed state
  13. Shortcut to navigate to next slide at the last viewed state
  14. Go to end of slide - complete all animations on the slide
  15. Enable/Disable Escape Key Toggle

Shortcuts for drawing during shows

  1. Show mouse during slide show
  2. Change pen color during slide show
  3. Erase drawing made during slide show
  4. Toggle show/hide pen during slide show
  5. Select a pen color during slide show
  6. Toggle between Pen and Mouse during slide show
  7. Set Laser Pointer during slide show
