How to get a circle to "draw" itself while following an arrow-head?

PowerPoint 2002 (XP) introduces the Wheel entrance effect. A 1 spoke wheel effect on a circle (Oval AutoShape) gets a circle to draw itself pretty nicely during the slide show.

In addition to this, draw a line with a big arrow head and place it overlapping the circle. Apply Spin Emphasis effect and Circle Motion path to the arrow. Set up these animation effects to play all simultaneously. You would get a very good effect of a circle drawing itself by following an arrow-head.

The presentation file that demonstrates these steps is available here .
