Upgrade
Registered users holding active licenses of OfficeOne Display Assistant since version 2.0 can upgrade to OfficeOne Display Assistant 2.1 for free. Upgrading requires uninstalling the previous version and installing the new version. The steps are as follows:
Steps for Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Windows 10:
  1. Make sure Microsoft PowerPoint is not running.
  2. Select Windows Start | Settings menu item.
  3. Click System option.
  4. Click Apps & features in the left pane.
  5. Locate and select OfficeOne Display Assistant from the list of installed programs.
  6. Click Uninstall button and follow the instructions for uninstalling OfficeOne Display Assistant.
  7. Download and install OfficeOne Display Assistant 2.1.
Steps for Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Windows 8:
  1. Make sure Microsoft PowerPoint is not running.
  2. Click Control Panel app in Start screen.
  3. Click Uninstall a program link under the Programs section.
  4. Locate and select OfficeOne Display Assistant from the list of installed programs.
  5. Click Uninstall button and follow the instructions for uninstalling OfficeOne Display Assistant.
  6. Download and install OfficeOne Display Assistant 2.1.
Steps for Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows Vista:
  1. Select Windows Start | Control Panel menu item.
  2. Click Uninstall a program link under the Programs section.
  3. Locate and select OfficeOne Display Assistant from the list of installed programs.
  4. Click Uninstall button and follow the instructions for uninstalling OfficeOne Display Assistant.
  5. Download and install OfficeOne Display Assistant 2.1.
